Daniel Management Services offers Construction Management, Asset Evaluation, and Site Development services to our clients. Using a team-based approach for each project, DMS oversees preconstruction, construction, and post-occupancy phases, conducts a thorough assessment of existing buildings as needed, and works through the proper channels to develop the project site in an effective, experienced manner.

DMS will be there to create a project schedule, ensuring cost and quality control throughout the process. We will also create a cost analysis and compare similar projects in the marketplace. A team of architects, contractors, and consultants will provide guidance and tested design/construction principles every step of the way. And when your project is complete, DMS will assist in the transition to occupancy. Thomas F. Daniel, Jr.

THOMAS F. DANIEL, JR., Managing Director at Daniel Management Services, has acquired years of management skill through coordinating and overseeing construction in various settings. He employs a collaborative working style with design and construction teams, and gives diligent attention to both the requirements and the expectations of the many governing authorities involved with his projects. Over time, he has gained an extensive knowledge of contracting from the ground up.

Prior to his current duties, he was Director of Development Services for Broadreach Capital Partners, and also served as Regional Director of Construction for Equity Office Properties in Northern California. In this capacity, he was responsible for coordinating and overseeing the management team that led the day-to-day construction duties for a portfolio consisting of 20 million square feet, and an annual improvement budget of $40 million.

Additionally, Mr. Daniel became Regional Director of Construction in 2001 for Spieker Properties where he directly managed the construction process for the $120M, 7-acre, Phase I Bay Meadows Redevelopment Project. The award-winning project was one of the first true mixed-use projects constructed in California, including housing, office, retail, a 6-acre underground parking garage, and a public promenade.

Before entering the development and construction management arena, Mr. Daniel worked in several positions that led to the role of project manager for the general contractors L.E. Wentz Company and Turner Construction. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.
